Instructions:
- Find a Pair of Pants: Select a pair of pants that have the length you want to replicate.
- Lay the Pants Flat: Lay the pants sideways on a flat surface, ( you should see a long hem line going all the way down the side of your pants) make sure they are straight and smooth.
- Measure from Waistband to Desired Length: Using a measuring tape, measure from the top of the waistband down the side seam to the point where you want the pants to end. Record this measurement in inches.
- Verify for perfect fit: Visit our Get Fitted tab, where you'll find a helpful visual guide that shows you exactly how to follow the steps for measuring your hem (outseam). This image will ensure you're measuring correctly, giving you a perfect fit every time.
- Enter the Measurement: Use this measurement when filling out the “Hem (inches)” field on our website.
We provide complimentary shipping. Each item undergoes a quality check, is carefully packaged, and dispatched within 24 hours from the order placement. Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 days.
We also offer UPS NEXT DAY delivery (signature required) within the USA. Orders that meet the necessary criteria and are placed before 12:00 p.m. PT on weekdays will arrive the next business day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PT are delivered within two business days. Orders made post-12:00 p.m. PT on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will also be delivered within two business days.
Our return policy is designed for convenience and simplicity. Customers may return items without any complications within 3 day period of receiving your suit, provided the items are in their original condition. The process is streamlined to ensure a swift and hassle-free experience, with return shipping labels provided at no additional cost.
