Eligibility: Return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your suit. Exchanges will be fully paid by us but returns must be paid by the customer.
Conditions: Suit must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Flaws: If the suit is damaged (tear, smear, etc.), contact us within 1 day for a free return.
How to Return:
- Click "Request Return" on your order status page (accessible via your shipping confirmation email). We'll review your request and send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the suit back at your own expense following the provided instructions.
How to Exchange:
- Email us at suitsupportgs@gmail.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like instead.
- We'll review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship the suit back using the provided label.
- Once received and inspected, we'll send out your exchange item.
